Matt has 16 years' experience as an advisor and principal investor in infrastructure assets. As a former Managing Director at Macquarie he was head of the PPP/PFI advisory team and more recently he led Macquarie’s investments in solar energy. Matt has successfully completed a series greenfield and brownfield infrastructure transactions.

An experienced project finance professional, Matt has longstanding relationships with the international banking community having led the financing of numerous renewable energy, PPP and transport infrastructure assets with bank debt and capital markets products.

His most recent role was at Henderson Equity Partners where he refinanced two infrastructure funds and designed an asset sale strategy for a pool of PPP assets. Matt has a Bachelor of Engineering and a MSc in International Relations from LSE
